About the Archive of Our Own logo
The Archive of Our Own logo is a dark red (#990000) monogram of the letters A, O and 3, drawn as a person with both arms raised. Two long, tapering strokes rise to the upper left and upper right like arms, and an open circle, the O, sits between them as the head. The left stroke and a thin second line form a wide A, and a sweeping baseline runs from its foot across the mark into a small 3 at the lower right. The strokes thicken and thin like brush calligraphy, so the figure looks light and in motion.
