About the FC Bayern Munich logo
The FC Bayern Munich crest is a round badge with a field of blue and white diamonds at its centre, the lozenges of the Bavarian flag. A red ring surrounds them, carrying 'FC BAYERN' across the top and 'MÜNCHEN' along the bottom in bold white capitals, with a thin blue outer edge. The current version dates from 2024. The diamond pattern ties the club to its home region, and the circular shape works equally well on shirts, scarves and screens.
