About the Marktplaats.nl logo
The Marktplaats.nl logo features a stylized lowercase letter 'z' rendered in a dark slate blue (#2d3c4d) against a warm orange background. The letterform is constructed from two distinct geometric shapes: a thick, angular chevron at the top and a horizontal bar with a rounded left end at the bottom. The shapes are separated by a diagonal gap, creating a sense of movement and separation. The design is flat and minimalist, relying on simple geometry and negative space to form the character.
